Born and raised in New York City, Ginny Cerrella began her career in Hollywood as a writer and producer before making New Mexico her home for over twenty years. Known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized, Ginny approaches every real estate transaction with the same precision and care.

With over three decades of experience, she’s well-versed in foreclosures, short sales, investment properties, and the 1031 Exchange process. Ginny works with buyers and sellers across all price points, including land, residential, and commercial real estate.

A licensed CCID interior designer and former California contractor, Ginny can guide clients through every step of home design, construction, and renovation, with expertise in Mid-Century, Modern, and Historic properties.

Beyond real estate, Ginny is deeply involved in the arts community. She serves on the Governor’s Council of Film and Media, sits on the Executive Board of the Santa Fe Film Festival, and was a Founding Faculty Member of the College of Santa Fe’s Girls’ Film School, teaching aspiring young women the art of screenwriting.
