I was a first-time buyer and Ginny rocked! Never made me feel dumb for not knowing things, explained the gist of documents plainly and gave advice when asked but didn't push me towards a certain direction. Despite being on vacation overseas for half the process the turnaround on documents was quite fast; she made sure we hit all the deadlines even after the sale went through and I forgot to start utilities after the seller moved out (oops). The seller's agent was acting a bit shiesty towards the end of the deal and Ginny put a stop to that right quick. Definitely someone you want on your side.
